About
I trained in medicine and now work across science, technology, and early-stage projects. Over the last few years I have built communities, programmes, and ventures, often starting from scratch. I’m interested in how people, ideas, and institutions move, and in building better structures around technical work.

Background
My work has moved across medicine, product, community-building, deep tech, and early-stage ventures. The through-line has usually been the same: building useful things around technical work and trying to reduce friction where progress gets stuck.
Outside work
Outside work, I’m interested in reading, walking, training, and thinking through ideas out loud. This section will probably change over time.
